Casserole, Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (frozen or fresh)
    1 pkg. stuffing
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 strips celery, chopped
    2 tsp. sage (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done.
    In large bowl, mix stuffing mix, celery, salt and pepper and sage (using broth from chicken).
    Mix until all is soft.
    Pick chicken from bone.
    Spray 9 1/2 x 11-inch baking pan with Pam.
    Make layers of chicken and mushroom soup; then put dressing mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown (45 minutes).
    Serves 6.
