Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    3/4 c. scallions (green onions)
    2 stalks bok choy
    2 medium carrots
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 medium red bell pepper
    6 broccoli spears
    soy sauce
    garlic powder
    white rice
Preparation
    Melt a little butter to grease bottom of very hot skillet. Cut chicken into squares.
    Add chicken and toss with a fork. Slice and add remaining ingredients in order, tossing after each addition.
    Cover skillet with lid; reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes.
    Remove lid and shake on soy sauce and garlic powder to taste.
    Simmer about 5 more minutes.
    Serve on top of white rice.
