Creamy Lemon Pudding Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 C crushed vanilla wafers
    3/4 C plus 1 Tbsp sugar, divided
    3 Tbsp margarine or butter, melted
    4 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp flour
    2 Tbsp milk
    1 C sour cream
    4 eggs
    2 -4 oz pkg Jell-o lemon instant pudding
    1 C strawberry Cool Whip
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Mix crumbs, margarine & 1 Tbsp sugar.
    Press firmly into 9 inch spring form pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
