Mother'S Sweet Potato Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. milk
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed
large marshmallows

Preparation

Mash potatoes.
Form into balls around a marshmallow.
Roll in melted butter and roll in corn flakes.
Bake on broil until toasted on all sides.
