Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium zucchini squash
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Slice zucchini into thin slices.
Put squash into buttered casserole dish.
Cook remaining ingredients for 5 minutes.
Pour over squash and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
