Strawberry Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. low-fat strawberry yogurt
    1 ripe banana, halves
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Freeze banana halves until firm.
    Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
    Serve in tall glasses.
    Has 155 calories and 80 mg sodium.
