Betsy'S Microwave Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. quick oats (uncooked)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
    2 c. cranberries or 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients and cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Toss 1 cup of crumb mixture with the yams and cranberries or crushed pineapple.
    Put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake in microwave oven at Medium-high for about 15 minutes, until hot throughout.
    Top with remaining crumb mixture, sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows and broil in oven until lightly browned.
    Makes about 6 servings.
