Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. yellow squash, sliced
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 3/4 c. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook carrots and squash together, about 8 minutes.
    Saute celery and onion together.
    Place in layers; sprinkle top layer with stuffing mix.
    Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, then uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
