No Brown Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 can vegetable soup, undiluted
    1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    2 large potatoes, cut in chunks
    4 carrots, cut in pieces
    1 large onion, cut in chunks
Preparation
    Place meat and vegetables in covered casserole.
    Mix soups and Kitchen Bouquet and pour over.
    Bake 5 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven.
    Add 1 large can of sliced mushrooms just before removing from oven. Minced garlic and chunks of zucchini are good.
    Add some water for more gravy.
