Tabouli(Lebanese Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bunches parsley
1/2 bunch mint
1 bunch green onions
4 big tomatoes
1/4 c. crushed wheat or cracked wheat (burghul)
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. spices (black pepper)
Preparation

Slice the parsley, mint and green onions into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Soak the cracked wheat and mix all of the ingredients together.
Add oil, salt and spices.
Add more salt or lemon if needed.
Serve it with cabbage (wrap and eat). Can be made ahead.
Serves 5.
