Microwave Pecan Millionaires - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. Kraft caramels
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
2 c. pecans
1 lb. dipping chocolate

Preparation

Microwave caramels and evaporated milk on High 3 1/2 to 5 minutes in a microwave-safe bowl.
You may either chop the pecans or leave them whole.
Stir in pecans.
Drop by teaspoonful onto buttered cookie sheet and refrigerate until set.
Melt dipping chocolate in microwave according to package directions.
Dip caramel mixture into chocolate and place on wax paper.
