Light Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. egg substitute
    3/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/3 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients, set aside.
    Combine brown sugar and next 7 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Stir in dry ingredients and beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Spray 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
