Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    butter
    cheese, ham or bacon
Preparation
    Take eggs.
    Beat up and add salt and pepper in a little milk. Put butter in small skillet, then pour egg mixture in.
    Let the sides set up, about 1 minute.
    Put a lid on it and let it cook a couple of minutes.
    Take lid off.
    Put cheese, ham or bacon on one side, then flip the one side over and seal the edges with your spatula.
    Let cook until cheese melts.
