Grapefruit, Red Onion And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can grapefruit sections, drained (juice reserved)
    2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 small head iceberg lettuce (or lettuce of your choice)
    1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cut grapefruit sections into 3 pieces.
    Toss avocados with all but 2 tablespoons juice reserved from grapefruit.
    Whisk together mayonnaise, remaining 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice and lemon juice.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Line 4 plates with lettuce. Drain avocados and toss with grapefruit.
    Divide grapefruit mixture among plates.
    Top with onion.
    Drizzle with dressing and serve.
