Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 c. chicken flavored stuffing mix
3 large eggs
3/4 stick butter or margarine
pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach.
Lightly beat eggs.
Melt butter. Combine all ingredients and form into balls or patties.
Freeze or bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
