Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 half chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    16 oz. can sauerkraut
    4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
    8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam; arrange chicken breasts in bottom.
    Salt and pepper. Drain sauerkraut slightly and place over chicken.
    Cover with Swiss cheese slices, pour dressing over cheese and cover with foil.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Do not open foil during baking.
