Crowd Pleaser Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 large Irish potatoes
1 c. oleo
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
16 oz. sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 c. for top)
pinch of pepper
Italian bread crumbs for top
Preparation

Boil potatoes (with skins on) until tender.
Cool thoroughly. Peel and grate potatoes.
Add butter to soup and warm until melted. Remove from heat.
Add to soup sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper.
Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
Layer potatoes, soup mixture and cheese.
Repeat twice.
Top with remaining cheese (1/2 cup in reserve).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves approximately 15 to 20.
