Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 small jars baby food plums
    1 c. chopped nuts (any kind)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and oil, beating well.
    Next, add plums and continue beating.
    Mix dry ingredients together and add gradually to wet mixture.
    Add chopped nuts last and pour into a well-greased tube or loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Ice with caramel icing if desired.
