Pork Medallions In Creamy Leek Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, minced
    8 slices pork tenderloins
    Knorr leek soup mix
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Brown pork medallions after seasoning lightly with garlic powder.
    Place in baking dish.
    Mix leek soup with water.
    Pour over pork slices.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Serve with rice or potatoes and vegetables.
