Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. fresh or frozen sugar peas
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. dark sesame oil
    1/4 c. sliced green onion (optional)
Preparation
    In large, nonstick skillet, brown beef, garlic and ginger over medium heat, 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Remove beef, put oil in skillet,
    stir-fry pepper and pea pods until crisp-tender.
    Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil.
    Mix well. Return beef to mixture and heat through, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in green onion, if desired.
    Yield: 4 servings.
