Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. garlic salt
10 helpings instant mashed potatoes

Preparation

Make 10 helpings of instant mashed potatoes (follow directions on the box).
Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt.
Stir into potatoes.
Melt half stick of butter.
Pour over top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 1 hour.
