Tofu And Brown Rice(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 tsp. oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 onions, finely sliced
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    9 oz. firm tofu
    2 oz. cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat a large skillet or wok and coat with 2 teaspoons oil and the butter.
    Add onion and saute until lightly browned.
    Add brown rice, then tofu, sauteing each for 2 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Place tofu/onion mixture in casserole or bread pan coated with remaining oil.
    Pour in the milk; sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
