Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light.
Add cooled, melted margarine, milk and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat well.
Beat egg whites until stiff and then gently fold into batter.
Bake 3 to 4 minutes in Belgian waffle iron.
