Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. butter, melted
    5 eggs, well beaten
    dash of red pepper sauce
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Divide chicken, green pepper, onion and cheese between pie shells.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour half into each shell.
    Bake 45 minutes.
