Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 stick oleo
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. green onion, chopped
1 can celery soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. red pepper
3 boiled eggs
1 small jar pimentos
Preparation

Boil chicken.
Cut in small pieces.
Mix with mayonnaise. Melt oleo and mix with cracker crumbs. Layer 1/2 in large casserole and save rest for top.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour on top of crumbs, then put the other crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
