Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked corn, cut from cob
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal.
Makes 3 1/2 pints.
