Light Crab Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 3/4 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 1/2 c. fat-free Cheddar cheese, grated
2 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut crabmeat into small pieces.
Mix with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese and rest of ingredients.
Shape into a ball and roll in rest of Cheddar cheese.
Chill 1 hour and serve with a variety of crackers.
