Johnny'S Chicken Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat from 1 chicken, cut up (about 3 lb.)
    2 cans any cream soup (mushroom, onion, celery)
    large Pepperidge stuffing, add 1 onion and some chopped celery
    stock from chicken (for dressing)
Preparation
    Cook chicken in salted water.
    Cool and cut up.
    In a casserole dish (large 2-quart), place 1/2 of the chicken.
    Spread 1 can of soup over, add 1/2 of the dressing.
    Repeat.
    Beat eggs with a fork.
    Pour over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
