Virginia Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained or thawed frozen corn
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Let cool.
Refrigerate relish in airtight container for 2 days to allow flavor to blend.
