Ohio Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. minced onion
3 well beaten eggs
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1/2 c.butter
1/3 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles.
Drain and place in well-greased baking dish. Heat milk.
Add cheese that has been cut in small pieces.
Stir until melted.
Add crumbs, butter, pimentos, onion, salt and pepper.
Add beaten eggs.
Pour over noodles; bake until knife inserted comes out clean.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Very good.
