Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 mushrooms
    1 C. cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. spicy or hot sausage, browned and drained
    3 or 4 slices of bread, cut into crumbs
    onion salt, to taste
    garlic salt, to taste
Preparation
    Core the mushrooms. Chop about 2/3 of the stems and mix with the rest of the ingredients well. Stuff each mushroom cap. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Broil for 4-5 minutes before serving.
