Cheesy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    pepper
Preparation
    In 2-quart pan cook onions in margarine until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
    Makes 4 (3/4 cup) servings.
    May substitute spinach, cauliflower or asparagus for broccoli.
