Pizza Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
    Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 2 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
    Knead until smooth (about 5 minutes).
    Place in a greased bowl; turn greased side up.
    Cover; let rise in warm place 45 minutes.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Roll dough out flat and then fit into 9-inch pie pan.
    Cut off excess dough and put aside.
    Spread sauce, enough to taste; add desired toppings.
    The excess dough that was cut, roll flat and cut into strips about 1-inch wide and lay over top.
    Place in oven and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cut and serve.
    You can eat warm or cold.
