Split Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham bone with a little ham on it
    3 carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 pkg. dry green split peas
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 to 10 c. water
Preparation
    Bring all the ingredients to a boil.
    Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Just before serving, mix a little flour and milk together and add to soup to thicken it.
    Very good!
