Jonathan Bunce'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line muffin tin with paper liners (10 to 12 muffins)).
Mix egg, milk and oil together.
Add all dry ingredients.
Mix well, but do not overmix.
Fold in blueberries. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
