Strawberry-Orange Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oranges
    2 lemons
    6 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    1 (1 lb.) bag frozen whole unsweetened strawberries, partially thawed
Preparation
    Cut 2 oranges into quarters; remove seeds.
    Slice thinly (about 2 cups).
    Cut 1 lemon in half lengthwise; slice thinly, removing seeds.
    Remove rind from remaining orange and lemon with vegetable parer.
    Cut into thin strips 1/16-inch wide and 2-inches long. Combine slices and rind in large kettle with water.
    Bring to boiling; boil 30 minutes until soft.
    Combine sugar and strawberries in large bowl; mash slightly.
    Stir into kettle.
    Boil 30 more minutes until liquid sheets from spoon.
    Skim off foam; ladle into 5 hot 8 ounce jars.
    Seal.
    Process 10 minutes in simmering water bath (185\u00b0).
    Cool; label and store in cool, dry place.
