Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin (2 thick pieces)*
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
