Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jello
enough fresh sliced peaches to fill pie shell
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to a boil.
Add dry jello to boiling mixture.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool.
Pour over fresh peaches.
Stir gently.
Place in baked pie shell.
Chill well. Serve with whipped cream.
