Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
brown sugar
Preparation
-
Toss carrots with other ingredients except brown sugar.
Turn into casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar.
Serves 4.
