Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, boiled chicken
1 c. cooked rice
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. almonds or water chestnuts, sliced
3/4 c. mayo
1 c. cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top with crushed cornflakes and 1/3 cup butter during the last 10 minutes of baking.
