Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large cabbage leaves
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic salt (optional)
    1 can condensed tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine eggs and seasonings.
    Shape meat mixture into 8 rolls. Wrap cabbage leaves around securely.
    Pour soup into skillet; add cabbage rolls. Cover and bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat; simmer 35 minutes, spooning sauce occasionally.
    (This can be baked in the oven.)
    Makes 4 servings.
