Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter (not low-fat)
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 Tbsp. solid shortening
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and Marshmallow Creme. Mix until well combined. Add cereal and mix until well coated. Chill for a few minutes. Melt the morsels and shortening together and stir until smooth. Roll the cereal into balls the size of a large marble. Dip into the melted chocolate. Place on a wax paper-lined pan. Refrigerate until set. Makes about 3 dozen.
