Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. shortening or oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. white potatoes
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add enough flour to make the dough stiff.
    Put in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours.
    Take out of refrigerator 2 hours before cooking.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
