Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

5 large chicken breasts
2 c. uncooked rice
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Boil chicken (or you can cook in crockpot). When chicken is done, remove and let cool.
Put the broth to the side. While chicken is cooling cook your rice as directed on package (I use old timey long grain rice). Take the broth and pour into your stock pot.
Add your soups to the broth. Cook over medium heat until blended. Debone chicken and cut into small pieces. Add chicken to broth mixture. When rice is done, add to broth mixture. You can add water if needed. Simmer over medium heat 10 or 20 min.
