Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. grease
4 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
-
Melt grease in pan.
Mix cornmeal, flour, eggs and milk; pour half of melted grease on top of milk mixture.
Heat pan with shortening.
Pour in mix.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Can bake in an iron skillet.
