Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless beef pot roast
    1 can beef gravy
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    4 medium potatoes, halved
    4 medium carrots, halved
    1 large onion, sliced
    parsley
Preparation
    In a large heavy pan or electric pan, brown meat. Add gravy, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cover and cook over low heat 2 hours. Add potatoes, carrots and onion.
    Cook 1 hour more or until tender. Stir occasionally.
    Uncover and cook to desired consistency. Spoon off fat.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Garnish with parsley.
