Easter Egg Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 1/2 Tbsp. half and half or milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. ground coriander
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth in a mixing bowl.
    Add seasonings and beat until blended.
    Stir in eggs.
    Cover and chill until firm.
    Spread on crackers.
    Make a sandwich filling or stuffing for tomatoes or celery sticks.
