Sauerkraut And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Bratwurst or other sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. peeled, chopped apple
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. fresh sliced green cabbage
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown. Remove. Cook onion and celery in sausage liquid. Place sauerkraut and cabbage in skillet. Add the cooked sausage. Cover and cook until well heated.
