Curry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, skinned and cut in pieces
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. curry powder
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In shallow baking pan, melt margarine. Add honey, curry powder, mustard, salt and pepper.
Stir thoroughly.
Add chicken, turning to coat.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until done.
