Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. good beef roast
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Flour roast on all sides.
    Put oil in skillet which has been reheated.
    Brown roast on all sides.
    Remove and put in roasting pan.
    Add water and onion soup mix.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
